The Coal House Recording Rooms

The Coal House recording rooms were established in 2013 by producer Matt Duke. Based in the heart of County Armagh, the renovated outhouse is the perfect creative environment for any size of project. The studio hosts an impressive list of world-class recording gear running both Protools and Logic platforms and suitable for any project.

Fundamentally the space is designed as a studio but also has been very successfully used in other projects including filming, photography and as a writing suite.

The ethos is to approach every project with an open mind, leaving room for creativity and an organic approach to producing while achieving professional results. Projects recorded in the coal house have seen extensive national and international radio play receiving critical acclaim from the industry.
